group bookings are available for groups of 20+, you can find information on group bookings here.

no need to book!

you can sign a waiver via our customer portal. if you are under 18 or signing a waiver on behalf of someone under 18, you can find all the info on how to do so here.

class bookings can be made via our customer portal — make sure you’ve got your correct gym location selected on the pop-up menu & in the button on the top right of the screen.

we have plenty of untimed on-site parking. please remember to park between the lines & respect no parking zones when you drop by.

fyshwick: we have bike racks available out the front of the Haus!

mitchell: we do not have bike racks available, however we have plenty spots in the vicinity to tie up your bike!

fyshwick: kids 5+ are welcome in Haus! FamilyHaus is a dedicated space made just for kids & their families to enjoy bouldering together. find all the info on kids in haus here.

mitchell: kids 12 + are welcome to climb!

unfortunately we are unable to accomodate private parties & decorations for private events at BlocHaus fyshwick & mitchell.

there sure is! we have cubby holes available throughout the haus to store your belongings.

pups are always welcome at BlocHaus — please make sure they’re on lead, off the mats & behaving appropriately. we appreciate not everyone wants to get up close & personal & ask that you & your furry friend respect the space of others. dog owners may be asked to remove their dogs from the Haus if they cannot abide by our puppy policy.

no need to bring anything with you, we have shoe hire & liquid chalk available in Haus.

you sure can! you can purchase digital vouchers via our customer portal or hard copy vouchers in Haus — just chat to our friendly counter crew.

day entry passes are valid from time of purchase until close that day. there is no time limit on how long you can climb for.

you sure can! just check back in with our counter crew when you come back into the haus.

yes! shoe hire is $7 a pair & available at our counter, you can also grab your very own pair at our BlocShop. climbing shoes must be worn when on the walls.

not quite! BlocHaus is liquid chalk & chalk ball only as we’ve seen a big improvement in air quality in the gym & overall cleanliness. we’ll continue to offer free liquid chalk around the gym.

we ask that all loose chalk buckets be stowed away during your visit.

if you’ve purchased a monthly membership (1, 3, 6 or 12 month) or month-to-month direct debit membership, you are entitled 1 free guest entry per 30 days from when you sign up!

bring your guest to the counter & we’ll check them in via your account!

please note: a guest cannot be checked in more than once in the 30 day period.

yes! you can use your pass to check in at both our fyshwick & mitchell gyms on the same day — climb your heart out!
