I understand the info below:
– submitting this form does not guarantee a spot in a program
– kids under 10 must have a parent/carer present in-haus during the program in line with BlocHaus’ child safeguarding policy
– if offered a spot, a full payment is to be made within 1 week to secure it (please contact us if you would prefer to pay in instalments)
– a full deposit refund will be provided for any cancellations advised in writing no less than two weeks prior to term commencement
– no refunds will be provided for withdrawing from a program after this point
– existing program participants will get priority access for enrolment in the following term program
– if we are unable to offer you a spot, your details will be added to our waitlist & we will be in touch if a spot becomes available in future
